I am a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Seidner Department of Finance at the Carroll School of Management of Boston College. My research area is Macroeconomics and Macro-Finance. My research focuses on exploring the transmission channels of macroeconomic shocks. In my first line of research, I show how the structure of debt markets is crucial to understand many macroeconomic phenomena and, in the second line, I highlight the role of consumption heterogeneity in amplifying the transmission of shocks.
